Hurricane

I was isolated, the wind whipped up my hair, rain fell in heavy sheats, I couldn't move if I did I would almost immediately fall over.

Let me start at the beginning of the day, so you know what I am talking about. For the past two weeks we had been hearing that it was hurricane season again, but like every year they always say that it would not hit Las Angeles (in which I dwell). Normaly, at this time of the year only Texas and Mexico will get small hurricanes, well this morning we heard that a hurricane was heading for the coast of Flordia, it had formed over the Bahamas and was Named Hurricane Katrina.
The warning was for Florida and only Florida, since it was a small hurricane nobody worried about it to much, but boy they should of!!!!

It was due to arrive today and it did when it hit the coast it was just like they said it would be, but then later in the day it was moving up towards L.A, which was odd because it was ment to have dimished by that time. By lunchtime it was getting colder. But at around 3:00pm L.A had been given a warning for high winds, it all came just when I was walking home L.A was now in the eye of the storm.

Now back to where I started, I couldn't move, I waited for around half an hour the winds picked up, now after this point I blanked out. When I woke up from my dark slumber, my parents were looking down at me they started to say “honey, this may come as a shock to you, but you hit your head and now you are in intensive care” my mind was fuzzy I started to speak slow but steady, “i'm sorry I thought that the storm was not big that's why I didn't find shelter” “it's okay, you didn't know, but for the moment just rest” “sur-” and thats where my sentence ended, my heart had stopped.

Now you are probably wondering how I could be telling you this story, right?
Well I instantly went into surgery after three hours of serious surgery they revived me, and thats how I am here now and telling you this story.
